  • Chaptered DVD Compilations:

LVS digitizes and edits your video evidence, from video deposition designations to surveillance video to home movies. We then create a customized chaptered DVD so you play the video straight through or jump to key sections.

  • Video Settlement Documentary:

sampleLike Day-in-the-Life videos, Settlement Documentaries tell your client's story, but are designed with settlement as the goal. We combine key elements of your case: family interviews, medical testimony, photos, exhibits, animation and accident recreation. The result is a 15-to-20 minute compilation of your evidence designed for maximum impact at settlement discussions.

  • Digital Exhibit Presentation:

sampleRes ipsa loquitur applies not only to the evidence, but also to your presentation. The documents may speak for themselves, but if the jury can't see the document they won't hear anything. LVS' digital exhibit presentation puts your evidence directly in front of the jury on a 50 inch SMART Board or an 8-foot screen, the second you need it. Side by side comparisons, tear-outs and highlights can help your jurors focus exactly where you want them to.

  • Trial Presentation Software Training:

Legal Visual Services offers experienced trainers for trial presentation software including TrialDirector, Visionary and Sanction II. Our trainers bring to the table real-world courtroom experience as well as supreme knowledge of all aspects of the software. For your convenience, training programs are available at our office or at your place of business.

  • Edited Video in Lieu of Live Testimony:

sampleIt isn't always possible to have a witness in court when you need them. With that in mind, we offer overnight deposition editing service, scripted playback presentations and courtroom equipment rental. For a more effective presentation, LVS routinely presents the video with the transcript scrolling underneath and the corresponding exhibit appearing on screen.
