What Our Clients Have to Say

  • Barbara C. Hanahan

    Litigation Support Manager

I want to commend you and Legal Visual Services, Inc., on the spectacular job you do. You consistently provide the highest quality video services and customer service at competitive prices. Even when I believed my needs were demanding and somewhat unrealistic, you and the LVS staff cheerfully worked nights and weekends to help meet our deadlines and make me look good.

You help find solutions when I'm nearing a brick wall... even offering to fly a completed project to Delaware yourself on a Sunday so the trial team would be able to play the video at trial Monday morning. Without you, my trial teams would suffer in the courtroom.

Thank you for not only a job well done, but for every single job being exceptionally well done.

  • Christopher T. Hurley

    Managing Partner

Legal Visual Services has been filming and editing our day in the life films for 15 years. It is impossible to prove the devastating damages in a case for a brain damaged child without an effective day in the life video. No one does it better than LVS. I make one call and I know it is going to be done right.

When I make my final preparations for trial my first call is to LVS. LVS provides everything I need to prove my case. They have a team of problem solvers that allow me to concentrate on trying my case. They worry about logistics and I worry about my client. I don't go to trial without LVS.

Now that my trial is over I wanted to take a moment to say thank you. I came to you at the very last minute with no order to my exhibits and only a vague idea of the graphics I wanted for my opening arguments. Your staff was outstanding. I truly was amazed at how great the graphics looked with practically no time before trial. Every graphic, especially the timeline, were perfect - easy to use - clear and easy to understand. Your assistance in this case played, in no small part, a key role in our victory. Again, thanks!

With the help of LVS, we were able to keep the jury awake and focused. Legal Visual's production staff was amazing. They were able to take 10 year old, poor quality audio and video and turn it into a presentation that I know the jury "got". They also scripted the video I used so that, documents with tearouts were on the screen as they were being discussed in the video as the transcript followed along underneath. It was quite powerful in the courtroom; Very clear and focused. Thanks!

I want to commend you and your staff for the state of the art document presentation you did in the recent videotaped trial deposition taken by me. The picture and picture technology used by your firm is the only way to go in presenting documents to a jury via videotape deposition. The ability to highlight and enlarge sections of exhibits (with the picture of the witness in the corner of the screen) is the only way to effectively present exhibits to a jury via videotape deposition. I practice regularly in the Federal Courts and the technology used by you for document presentation in videotape depositions is comparable to what the Federal Courts are using during live trials. Again, thanks for your professionalism.

With the help of a trial technician from Legal Visual Services we were able to confront prosecution witnesses with photographs, documents and video, impeach them with their subtitled video depositions, and force them to concede key points. LVS did an outstanding job of putting order to a scattered mound of evidence - especially with synchronizing the transcripts with the video depositions for impeachment purposes. This monumental task helped us to confront prosecution witnesses with inconsistent statements they made during video depositions. This technique was so effective that the prosecution elected not to call several key prosecution witnesses, including the arresting and interrogating officers - almost certainly because they knew their witnesses would be impeached with their video dep.
